Terms & Conditions of Booking

  1. Non-refundable deposit is due to confirm your date as set by Vaughans Travel.

  2. Remainder of the journey cost is due 1 week prior to your journey in full unless stated otherwise by Vaughans Travel

  3. When booking Vaughans Travel you are agreeing that the passengers are responsible for damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle caused by incidents such as vomiting, food spills or physical damage, for example.

  4. Vaughans Travel will not take any responsibility for any of our passengers missing their Flights/Trains/Cruise Ships due to not arriving at the pick-up address at booked time due to unforeseeable circumstances such as traffic conditions, adverse weather, or road traffic accidents or road closures. Such factors are totally out of our control.  We will always do everything we can to be on time.

  5. We advise our passengers who are travelling to airports to travel with necessary travel insurance.

  6. Refunds will not be given to passengers who do not wait for their allocated driver and use alternative transport.

  7. For airport transfers, please make sure that all your pick up dates and times are in UK time zone and not of the departure airports.

  8. For airport transfers if your flight has any serious delays please inform us or the driver as soon as possible.

  9. Our fares include all Toll charges where applicable
